Overview
Merlin is a digital rights agency that represents independent music labels, facilitating licensing deals with digital service providers (DSPs). I led the following projects:
Both internal management system and B2C platforms were outdated, suffering from slow performance, disorganised data, and confusing workflows. These inefficiencies affected Merlin’s internal teams (B2B) and external users like artists and labels (B2C), limiting their ability to manage accounts, deals, and content validation. The project aimed to address these challenges by enhancing workflow efficiency, improving performance, and elevating the overall user experience, while also enabling music labels to seamlessly upload and validate content to DSPs.
